Summary:
The Director Enterprise Solution Sales will be focused on promoting comprehensive suite of connected enterprise software and IIOT solutions throughout manufacturing industries. This includes but is not limited to selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT), Operational Technology (OT) Networking, Cybersecurity, and Advanced Analytics applications.
What You'll Do:
- Achieve R+IQ sales targets, and meet business revenue plans for software and IIOT solutions using a discipline sales process within targeted accounts
- Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by actively finding, developing and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rexel sales teams
- Assist in the development of project scope and ROI analysis. Utilize value selling techniques to quantify project ROI and structure commercial deals accordingly
- Leverage selling resources (Technical Consultants, Product Management and Industry experts) as a part of your overall sales strategy. Serve as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members and Rexel to ensure efficient and effective communications and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities. Effectively translate technical terms into everyday language and properly manage expectations, both internally and externally
- Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information. Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly via CRM tool for assigned Verticals or Geographies to ensure performance goals are met
- Develop strong business and financial knowledge of the critical offerings and its impact on potential business. Demonstrate understanding of Manufacturing Software, Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) and other emerging technology trends such as Industrial AI and their impact on business decisions in assigned Vertical or geography and clearly communicate this knowledge to extended sales teams

SUMMARY
This position will be called upon to represent the Global Technology & Operations organizations by internal and external organizations. An individual in this position is responsible for making production systems more reliable by performing day-to-day operations including system monitoring, troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution, and restoral following established and documented procedures and with minimal direction.
They must be able to work independently on tasks of moderate and high complexity and assist other teams (internal and external) when necessary. They are expected to use their technical knowledge and ability to work with others to solve technical issues in a timely fashion.
The Senior Network Engineer should have a very strong knowledge of related technologies such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, WiFi, Load-Balancing, VOIP, AAA, IP Subnetting, and Network Security.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, develop, and improve troubleshooting and restoral procedures and to use their technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve newly encountered problems that have not been previously documented
- Use strong decision-making skills to prevent and resolve all technical issues related to networking, including those that are system wide as well as individual customer problems
- Obtain, understand, and interpret performance data and implement necessary solutions or upgrades
- Create and maintain logs, records, diagrams, and reports of all related systems under the Networking Team
- Engage in project-engineering in addition to their operational responsibilities
- Leverage a proactive mindset to look for issues and automate solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-pressure production environment with a mid to large systems and storage infrastructure with multiple sites/networks
- More than 7+ years previous hands-on network administration of the following:
- Routing protocols and configurations to support BGP, OSPF, EIGRP & SD-WAN networks
- Strong knowledge of switching and configuration options (Spine/Leaf, VPC, VSS, StackWise, vxLAN)
- Experience maintaining Cisco routing and switching software (NS-OX, IOS-XE, IOS)
- Experience maintaining Cisco Routing/Switching hardware (ISR, ASR, Nexus, Catalyst)
- Experience installing and maintaining Palo Alto Networks security appliances and software
- Experience maintaining WiFi services in an enterprise environment
- Experience maintaining AAA platforms (Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE)
- Experience maintaining Public Cloud network connectivity (AWS, AZURE)
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities based on workload
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Solid troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related equivalent education required
- Certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto or related technology certifications are preferred
