The Boeing Company’s Law Department is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join their team! This person will support a Vice President as well as other attorneys/executives within the Law and Global Compliance organization and provide administrative support in a variety of legal practice areas. The role works closely with production, quality, supply chain and engineering to ensure timely containment and permanent corrective actions that reduce recurrence and improve process capability. The travel will be between the Mascoutah, IL and Hazelwood, MO sites + Research contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation. + Develop sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements. + Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities. + Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. + Perform data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. + Provides material review dispositions for non-conformance. + Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. + Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved. + Works under general supervision. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science + 1+ year of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) + Experience with AS9100 or ISO9000 and/or similar (QMS) Quality Management System + 1+ year of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Experience with quality processes + Experience working with non-conformance processing + Experience in quality inspection and/or auditing **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process **Travel:** This position requires weekly travel up to 50% of the time. MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE

Moves product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using forklift, pallet jack or dock loader. Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Records amounts of materials or items received and distributed. Maintains the equipment in a safe and clean manner and reports service requests as needed. Follows safety rules, operating instructions, and company procedures. May require forklift operation certification.

Badging requirements: Upon offer acceptance notify HM so that Boeing BGC onboarding can be initiated for the badging process not to be delayed.
