The Opportunity: Two Attorney Tracks
Tier 1: Tax-Focused Attorney
This track is ideal for candidates who bring an LL.M. in Taxation or substantial tax experience and want to build on that foundation. The attorney in this track will be involved in sophisticated tax and estate planning matters from day one and receive personalized mentorship designed to deepen their knowledge in tax and estate planning and administration.
Compensation Range: $90,000 to $140,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
Tier 2: Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney with 2+ Years’ Experience
This track is designed for attorneys with a solid foundation in estate planning, probate, trusts, or elder law who want to grow their tax expertise over time. This path offers a structured training plan tailored to the candidate’s background, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities to expand into estate planning, administration, and Medicaid planning.
Compensation Range: $80,000 to $110,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- JD and Florida Bar admission (or eligibility to become licensed)
- 2 to 5 years of experience preferred (recent grads with relevant interest are encouraged to apply)
- LL.M. in Taxation or measurable tax experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interest in estate planning, trusts, and elder law
- A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a lasting impact in the community
