Main responsibilities: • PM Deli Lead will oversee Safeway’s New “ReadyMeals” program. • This is a Full-Time position; the contractual wage rate is $17.95/hour. If already above this rate a $1.50 premium above your clerk rate will be given. • You MUST be available to work five nights a week. The 4th and 5th night shift will not be eligible for overtime for hours worked after 6 PM. At least two of these night shifts must end by 10 PM. Any work beyond 10 PM on a 4th or 5th night will be paid at the overtime rate. • The PM Deli Lead will be responsible for all aspects of the new “ReadyMeals” program including but not limited to merchandising, meal kit completion and training/supervising associates on the “ReadyMeals” program. • Applicants must be proficient in performing Deli/Food service work for periods of time. • Other duties as may be assigned by management.
