Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Director, Sales Transformation Programs to lead a team of senior Sales Transformation Program Managers and drive some of Adobe's most visible, executive-sponsored transformation initiatives.
This is a pivotal senior leadership role within a newly established Sales Transformation Office — a high-visibility, high-impact function built to drive the most strategic priorities across Adobe's Enterprise Sales organization. The Director will own a portfolio of large-scale, complex transformation programs, define and evolve the standards for how transformation is delivered, and operate as a trusted partner to senior executives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned transformation leader who has built and run PMO organizations, led senior program talent, and knows how to deliver with both rigor and adaptability. They bring executive presence, sound judgment, and a leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and high performance — particularly among experienced, senior individual contributors.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation Leadership and Operating Model Ownership
• Own and evolve the Sales Transformation Office operating model — including methodologies, delivery standards, governance, and performance management
• Define how the Transformation Office intakes, prioritizes, resources, and delivers enterprise initiatives in partnership with executive stakeholders
• Establish scalable, repeatable practices for program planning, execution, measurement, and reporting across the portfolio
Enterprise Program Portfolio Leadership
• Own Adobe's highest-priority sales transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic outcomes and measurable business impact
• Guide teams in translating ambiguous strategic intent into clear, executable roadmaps with defined scope, milestones, risks, and success metrics
• Serve as a senior advisor to executive sponsors, connecting strategy to execution and driving cross-functional alignment
Executive Governance and Decision Enablement
• Design and lead governance structures tailored to initiative complexity — including executive forums, operating cadences, and decision gates
• Proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies to enable timely, informed executive decision-making
• Ensure transparency through crisp executive storytelling, insights-based updates, and KPI-driven performance reporting
Change Leadership and Organizational Enablement
• Act as a visible change leader across the sales ecosystem, driving adoption, readiness, and sustained behavioral change
• Partner with functional leaders to anticipate impacts, manage interdependencies, and align execution to broader organizational priorities
• Model and reinforce a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
People Leadership and Capability Building
• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of senior Sales Transformation Program Managers — setting clear expectations, providing direct feedback, and creating an environment where experienced talent thrives
• Build a high-performing team culture grounded in trust, accountability, and growth — known as a leader people genuinely want to work for
• Establish capability standards and career development pathways as the Transformation Office scales
• Partner closely with Transformation Portfolio and Business Operations leaders to ensure alignment across prioritization, staffing, and sequencing
Qualifications
Required
• 12–15+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation, PMO, or strategic program portfolios in complex, matrixed organizations
• Proven people leadership experience managing senior program managers or transformation leaders — including a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success leading executive-sponsored, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
• Deep expertise in PMO and transformation disciplines — operating model design, governance, delivery standards, and portfolio management
• Strong understanding of sales motions, go-to-market processes, and supporting technologies (e.g., CRM, analytics, enablement platforms)
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills — able to translate complexity into clarity at the C-suite level
• Fluency in both traditional PMO rigor and modern, adaptive delivery approaches (agile, lean, iterative execution)
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, create structure, and lead through change in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• Experience building or scaling a Transformation Office or Enterprise PMO from the ground up
• Background in management consulting, strategy, or business operations
• SaaS or subscription business model experience
• Experience defining portfolio-level KPIs and transformation value measurement frameworks

Creative Pipeline Specialist - Forward Deployed Engineering
Adobe
**
New York, NY (+4 others)
Posted 10 days ago
The Role
You are the creative production expert in Adobe's Forward Deployed Engineering org. You design the workflows, templates, and creative processes that make AI-powered content pipelines actually work for creative teams. You know how content gets made because you've made it.
You bridge what creative teams need and what engineers build. You understand that a MOGRT template needs specific layer structures, that a Workfront approval flow needs to account for regional brand variations, and that an After Effects render pipeline has constraints that no API documentation will tell you.
You bring the creative domain expertise that turns a technically correct system into one that creative professionals will actually use.
What You'll Do
• Design creative workflows. Map end-to-end content production pipelines — from creative brief through asset delivery. Identify where AI can accelerate, automate, or enhance each step.
• Build templates and frameworks. Create reusable creative templates (InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma), asset structures, and production frameworks that scale across customer engagements.
• Bridge creative and engineering. Translate creative team requirements into engineering specs. Translate engineering capabilities into creative team language. You're the interpreter.
• Own creative QA. Validate that AI-generated outputs meet brand standards, creative quality bars, and production specifications. You catch what engineers miss because you know what "good" looks like in creative production.
• Enable customer creative teams. Train customers on AI-enhanced workflows. Build documentation. Run workshops. Help creative teams adopt new tools without disrupting their existing processes.
• Inform product direction. Capture what creative professionals actually need from AI tools — the gaps, the friction, the unmet needs — and feed that directly to Product.
What You Bring
• Deep creative production experience. 3-7+ years in creative production, post-production, motion graphics, content operations, or creative technology. You've worked in agencies, studios, or in-house creative teams producing real content at scale.
• Fluency in creative tools. Deep hands-on expertise in some combination of: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent. You know these tools at a practitioner level, not from reading about them.
• Workflow design thinking. You've designed or optimized content production pipelines. You understand DAM systems, asset management, review/approval workflows, versioning, localization, and multi-channel delivery.
• AI tool adoption. You actively use generative AI in your creative work — Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ComfyUI, or similar. You can direct AI tools to produce production-quality outputs and understand their current limitations.
• AI-native mindset. You use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate your own work. You're comfortable learning new tools fast and teaching others to use them. You leverage AI to do work that wasn't possible before.
• Customer-facing confidence. You've worked directly with clients, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams. You can run a creative workflow workshop and earn the trust of a customer's creative director.
• Scrappy and resourceful. You solve problems with whatever's at hand. When the perfect tool doesn't exist, you build workarounds. You don't wait for someone to give you a process — you create one.
What Sets You Apart
• You've used AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to build working creative tools or automations — even if you're not a traditional developer
• Experience with production automation (Workfront, Workfront Fusion, ExtendScript, expression scripting in After Effects)
• You've been the person who connects creative teams with engineering teams at a studio or agency
• Familiarity with Adobe's creative and enterprise tooling ecosystem (Creative Cloud, Firefly, AEM, Workfront, Frame.io)
• Portfolio or examples demonstrating creative production work at scale
