The Opportunity
As a Solution Consultant on the Tech Val Content and Collaboration team, you will develop deep product expertise and combine it with business storytelling to develop and deliver Custom Demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs) that highlight the value of Adobe’s connected Content Supply Chain (CSC) solutions, including Workfront Planning and Workflow, Fusion, Express, AEM Assets, Frame.io V4, and Firefly Services. You will recommend technical and strategic approaches that clearly demonstrate how these tools work together to solve customer challenges and drive business outcomes.
To excel in this role, you'll require a solid combination of technical proficiency and competency in value-based selling. You’ll understand system integrations and demo architecture while also excelling at translating workflows into business outcomes to demonstrate value and achieve technical validation!
What you’ll do
• Develop and present inspirational Custom Demos and POCs for customers, highlighting key features and functionality across Adobe’s CSC product portfolio
• Continuously learn and improve pre-sales offerings, recommending impactful solutions aligned with customer needs and product evolution
• Gather and translate client requirements into actionable solutions and use-cases
• Configure end-to-end use cases that demonstrate CSC value through APIs, Fusion, and native integrations across marketing tech stacks in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and customers to define and manage the scope for custom demos or POCs. Manage risk to ensure delivery of compelling solutions that support technical sales motions and pipeline progression.
What you need to succeed
• A minimum of three years of experience working with integrations (APIs, SDKs, Fusion, RESTful services, and microservices) to connect systems across the content lifecycle.
• Solid grasp of the end-to-end content lifecycle: planning > production > assemble > activation > analytics
• Experience communicating with people at all levels within an organization and all geographies
• Experience translating complex business requirements, process building, and use case documentation into technical specifications and execution plans
• Self-starter that demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and project management skills with the ability to simultaneously lead projects for multiple customers

Role Summary
The Director, Partner Co‑Innovation & Strategic Execution is a senior individual contributor accountable for advancing Adobe’s partner co‑innovation strategy through disciplined execution, operating model leadership, and executive‑level decision support. • 4-10+ years experience (based on level) in business consulting, digital strategy, agile pod-based software development lifecycle, enterprise software, AI/ML, cloud deployments, and data integration.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,300 -- $254,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
