Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of total IT experience, with a focus on Adobe Forms development
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Forms (6.4, 6.5, Cloud) and a strong understanding of the AEM platform

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of end-to-end AEM Forms solutions, including Adaptive Forms and Interactive Communications
• Migrate legacy forms and processes from Adobe LiveCycle (XFA-based PDF forms) to the modern AEM Forms architecture
• Develop dynamic and interactive forms with complex business logic, data validations, and JavaScript enhancements
• Create and configure AEM Forms components, templates, and OSGi workflows to meet specific business requirements
• Integrate AEM Forms with various backend systems, such as databases, RESTful web services, and enterprise applications, to ensure seamless data flow

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead Developer and Architect with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining AEM-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM technical development, components, templates, workflows, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of modern front-end technologies and content management best practices.
