PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES The primary responsibilities of the Guest Experience Lead include, but are not limited to the following: Recruit, develop, and coach volunteers who can effectively lead Guest Experience ministries, multiply leadership, and build healthy volunteer teams. Foster a volunteer culture that is engaging, empowering and connected to the ABCD Discipleship Pathway. Oversee the full guest experience from parking lot to departure, ensuring first-time guests are identified, welcomed, and connected to next steps. Create and maintain welcoming environments, clear signage, and effective guest-facing processes. Develop systems, processes, and checklists that ensure consistent ministry execution. Coordinate communication and collaboration between Guest Experience, Campus Pastor, Security, Facilities, Café, and ministry teams. Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions. Ensure ministry areas remain healthy, staffed, and operational regardless of volunteer turnover. Provide leadership, support, and operational excellence for Greeters, Ushers, Café, Communion, Parking & Signage, Lobby & Guest Environments, and First-Time Guest Experience EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role preferred HS Diploma plus experience, or education relating to field of expertise. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as there are seasons of irregular work hours based on various church activities. Attend monthly All Staff meeting and participate in department meetings or other meetings when requested to do so.
