Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Monitor laboratory compliance with respect to expired reagents, reagent labeling, lab cleanliness, training records, PPE adherence, and other cGXP items, as needed to help minimize laboratory audit findings. Perform/Support Internal audits, as well as help, implement the resolution of internal/external audit findings Review Instrument qualifications to ensure that work is performed as per the procedure Review and verify invalid data and system suitability failures Review and close Exceptions under Non-Routine Events, System Suitability Failure, and Deviations Approve Analytical Method/Protocol/SMIS/Client Parameter per QA procedure Track and Analyze quality metrics (exception rate, rejection rate etc) and train laboratory personnel, as needed, to help reduce/eliminate rework Support other QA compliance-related activities, as needed Diagnose problems, solve simple problems, and suggest solutions to complex problems in the professional area Keep oneself and peers abreast of current developments and trends in the professional area by reading and understanding internal procedures, attending training sessions, by writing/revising SOPs (as required), and by assisting Group Leader/Principal Specialists in training new employees Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance directly related to the management or general business operations through the data review process May serve as technical advisor for analysts with regard to QA/QC of data Communicate with internal clients to discuss any findings and notify them of any necessary rework or compliance/regulatory concerns
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science field Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical laboratory experience with knowledge of regulatory requirements Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Preferred Qualifications:
E xperience in performing Pharmaceutical analytical testing Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint and database is a plus Experience with cGMP and/or FDA regulated environments is a plus Technical writing and review Tracking action items and driving to completion Ability to identify trends in recurring events Batch record review, pharmaceutical testing and room clearance activities Work with the laboratory and support groups to improve quality metrics, and enable CAPA implementation Internal audits support Review/write QAU procedures.

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Marketing Team is looking for a Tradeshow & Events Marketing Specialist for the Biopharma Product Testing and Medical Device Testing groups. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the tradeshow & events specialist will plan, execute, and analyze events, webinars, and tradeshows. This individual will collaborate closely within the marketing team and with business development teams and technical experts to plan and execute events in North America. The specialist is expected to work in fast-paced environment to plan and executes multiple tradeshows and webinars, optimize attendee participation, coordinate trade show services and logistics, manage content, promotional deliverables, post show reporting, and show/event budget.
Marketing Tradeshow & Events Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Coordinate events, meetings, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contracts; developing schedules and budgets to ensure event success. Plan and execute tradeshow events to ensure timely execution of all tradeshows, including negotiating booth space procurement, securing registration passes and hotel room blocks, and coordinating booth materials and logistics to and from the shows. Coordinate the development and execution of webinars, seminars, sales and leadership meetings, as well as other corporate events including booking venues, catering, and furniture rentals as needed; ensuring proper on-site setup, including audiovisual requirements and ensuring appropriate supplies and décor needs are met. This position is responsible for: preserving bottles; packing bottle orders according to client specifications; stocking shelves and supplies; printing bottle orders (if required); shipping bottle orders on the FedEx system; preparing acid dilutions.
Demonstrates and promotes the company vision Regular attendance and punctuality Packs bottle orders accurately following guidelines from client and company SOPs Must follow procedures for packing bottles, preparing orders, preserving bottles, preparing dilutions or acids, and interpreting bottle order requests Preserves bottles following SOP guidelines Restocks shelves with the proper bottle types Keeps area clean and free of clutter Prepares dilutions of acids used in preserving bottles Prepares samples in coolers with bubble wrap for shipping Washing coolers Ships bottle orders on the FedEx system May need to perform Courier duties and pick up samples form client sites. Position Summary:
The Associate Chemist prepares and analyzes environmental samples using standard analytical techniques according to approved scientific methodology in compliance with Eurofins Environment Testing Quality Assurance programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
