Titan is looking for Front Desk Concierge Security Officers for residential buildings in Downtown Chicago! Responsibilities of Concierge Security Officers include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages. Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications of Concierge Security Officers: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position. Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Able to read, write, speak, and understand English Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather Preferred Qualifications of Concierge Security Officers: Bi-lingual considered a plus. Summary Join our team as a Security Officer, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, controlling access, and ensuring the safety of the premises through vigilant patrols and incident response. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty. Assist with directions and general business information as needed. Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required. Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity. Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety. Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order. Required Skills Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to walk significant distances and stand for long periods. Attention to detail and strong observational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather Must have open availability for all shifts Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers: Bilingual considered a plus.
