The job
UbiOps is a platform that enables organizations to deploy and run AI and other workloads on any infrastructure. Our software runs in a wide range of environments, from on-premise hardware to public clouds and everything in between. We work with governments, enterprises, and other critical organizations. We are a growing scale-up with a young and ambitious team based in The Hague. We work in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly and engineers have a lot of ownership. People who join us typically enjoy building things, taking initiative, working in a team and independently.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As Technical Sales Representative/AI Consultant, you will contribute to our national and international growth by combining commercial work with hands-on consulting. You scope and deliver consulting trajectories and platform implementations at customers on your own, translating their AI use cases into concrete solutions on UbiOps. With your technical knowledge you quickly understand how our UbiOps platform works in all its varieties (Cloud, Private Cloud, On-Premises), what value it brings to our (potential) customers and how it differs from other offerings in the market.
You either bring an existing network in our domain (B2B SaaS solutions targeting companies with data science activities) or have the skills to create one yourself quickly. You are able to create new leads, convert them to customers, ensure they remain customers and – last but not least – will ensure that they become promoters of UbiOps such that our sales flywheel really gets spinning.
We are looking for a candidate which has a start-up/scale-up mentality and shares our vision that sovereign AI will play an ever more important role in our everyday lives. Recognizing that our company operates in a dynamic and fast changing market, you are able to adjust quickly. Both to external (changing customer needs, competitors and technology landscape) and internal factors (changing team, processes and technology).
You are part of an agile and multidisciplinary team of sales & marketing professionals, product specialists and software developers, giving you plenty of opportunities to grow your experience and explore new technologies. On a daily basis, you will interact most frequently with the management team, the marketing manager, partner manager, technology consultants and product owner. You will report directly to the CEO.
Your profile
Technical education (BSc+ level)
Proven experience (2+ years) in a customer focused technical sales or consultancy role
Solid technical foundation in AI/ML, MLOps and modern AI architectures (RAG, agentic systems) and comfortable discussing containerization, on-prem and multi-tenant setups
Sell B2B SaaS solutions to public sector and companies with data science activities (SMEs and enterprises)
Manage contacts during their lifecycle from lead to customer to promoter
Bring-your-own or build a new commercial network
Relate with both executives as well as data scientists, engineers and developers
Driven by commercial results
Start-up and entrepreneurial mindset
Able to switch between long-term strategy and day-to-day related activities
Savvy presentation and demonstration skills, fluidly translating tech into user-friendly concepts
Follow and explore the market (analyze competitors, product-market fit)
Affinity with or experience in the Dutch public sector
Willing to travel and visit customers, trade fairs, data science events, competitor webinars, etc.
Fluent in Dutch and English
NOTE: For this position, we will only consider candidates who are currently residing and/or working in the Netherlands. If you do not fulfill all the requirements but believe you would be a good fit, we encourage you to apply.
What we offer
Being part of an international, smart, diverse and inclusive team in a fast-growing scale-up
Plenty of room for self-development and learning new skills and technologies
The hardware and software you need to do your job well

We're looking for an exceptional sales leader to oversee one of Nexxen's most strategic portfolios of agency and brand partnerships—anchored by Publicis Groupe, one of our largest and most important relationships.
Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Sales, this is one of the most visible leadership roles on our East Commercial team. You'll lead a team of Strategic Account Executives while personally owning the commercial strategy and executive relationships for Publicis across the East Region.
This role is about far more than managing accounts or leading a sales team.

Someone who brings energy, curiosity, fresh thinking, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo when there's a better way forward.
You'll serve as a trusted partner to the VP of Strategic Sales, helping shape commercial strategy, influence executive relationships, solve complex business challenges, and advance key business initiatives. Operating with autonomy and executive presence, you'll be trusted to move priorities forward while mentoring others and strengthening the culture of our Commercial organization.
If you're energized by building enterprise partnerships, developing high-performing teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and helping shape the future of a growing commercial organization, we'd love to meet you.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the executive relationship owner for Publicis Groupe and its agencies, building trusted partnerships across investment, activation, strategy, data, commerce, and executive leadership.
Leverage an established network to generate new opportunities, expand agency access, and accelerate revenue growth.
Develop multi-year account strategies that identify whitespace, unlock new buying centers, deepen executive relationships, and expand strategic partnerships.
Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Strategic Account Executives.
Establish account plans, whitespace strategies, pipeline priorities, and executive engagement plans that position the business for sustained growth.
Hold sellers accountable across the full sales process, including strategic account planning, relationship development, prospecting, pipeline creation, new business acquisition, account expansion, and forecasting.
Coach complex deal strategy, executive engagement, negotiations, and multi-product solution selling while driving rigorous business reviews focused on pipeline health, forecasting, seller effectiveness, and revenue growth.
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive Strategic Revenue Growth
Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through long-term partnership expansion.
Drive adoption of Nexxen's full suite of solutions, including Managed Service, PMPs, Self-Serve DSP, Hybrid,CTV, OLV, Display, Native, data, identity, measurement, and AI-powered capabilities.
Consistently deliver predictable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and execution against quarterly and annual goals.
Stay ahead of emerging industry trends—including AI, identity, retail media, CTV, and programmatic innovation—and translate them into strategic client conversations.
Serve as a Senior Commercial Leader
Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership, helping shape commercial strategy and solve complex business challenges.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Agency Development, Marketing, Operations, and Data to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Represent Nexxen with executive clients, at industry events, and through thought leadership opportunities.
Lead beyond your own portfolio by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, identifying new opportunities, challenging conventional thinking, and driving initiatives that strengthen the broader Commercial organization.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of success in digital advertising, ad tech, or programmatic sales, including 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
Established executive relationships across Publicis Groupe and its agencies, with the credibility to build and expand strategic partnerships.
Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, CTV, OLV, Display, PMPs, audience targeting, identity, data, measurement, and AI-enabled advertising.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise sales organizations while consistently exceeding revenue goals through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed agency organizations, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, build consensus, and expand relationships across buying centers.
Strong sales leadership capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, account planning, territory strategy, and performance management.
Proven ability to develop sellers into high-performing strategic consultants while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
