Explore the Community: Head out on fun outings, attend local appointments, and help residents stay connected and active. Be an Advocate & Mentor: Serve as a positive role model while ensuring health, safety, and well-being every step of the way. Keep Progress Going: Track daily milestones, administer medications per policy, and keep team communications smooth.
