This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Salem, Virginia office.
Overview:
The Assembly Kitting Clerk is the conduit between the plants planning and scheduling team and the different assembly areas within the facility. He/She is responsible to take the planning and scheduling file that is executed daily for each assembly are in th e plant, i.e. – Upper Assembly a rea, Lower Assembly area, Clamming area, Blistering area, and Customization area; and to order the materials that are required for production.
He/She will need to analyze the schedule in relation to what product is needed to be pulled first, to which area it is needed, and how many units are needed to maximize the efficiencies of the area with regards to the production run rate and staging capacity.
The Assembly Kitting Clerk will need to monitor inventory in the assembly areas to ensure a steady replenishment of the materials to the lines until such a time that the work is complete.
He/She will work with a team of auditors that are assigned to the different kitting areas and establish a verification process to ensure the product ordered is received, audited and placed in the assigned work area.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to adhere to the cGMP Regulatory requirements.
Generate and initiate the pull list based on the priority of the plans planning/scheduling team.
Ensure that he/she orders enough products to maximize the plant’s efficiencies, based on line run rates and staging capacity.
He/she must be familiar with the detail of every component’s pallet unit configuration, to ensure the sufficient amount of product is ordered to maximize staging capacity and production run rates.
Monitor and verify inventory levels by kitting area and line through-put by components through the Assembly process.
Responsible to initiate the return of excess inventory from Assembly lines to the Warehouse.
He/She must maintain a constant communication with the Warehouse Supervisors/Managers with regards to critical, time sensitive requirements.
Must be able to communicate with the Receiving Supervisors/Managers for any product arriving that has critical, time sensitive requirements.
Responsible to ensure there is no product remaining in the kitting are
He/She is responsible to verify with the Kitting auditors the actuals against the systems movements, specifically lot number, quantity and item.
Responsible to ensure excess inventory returning to the Warehouse has the correct lot number, description and quantity.
Responsible to record all movement of items with active ingredients.
Ability to oversee and direct a small staff.
Qualifications:
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
Essential
Excellent mathematical skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Ability to oversee and direct a small staff.
Excellent attention to detail both written and in spreadsheets.
Ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills.

The base pay range for this position is $19.00 / hour; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Roanoke, Virginia Distribution Center.
Individual must be competent, knowledgeable, and have had two years or more of electrical/electronic technical training, and general industrial mechanical maintenance experience. Job includes the installation and all aspects of equipment maintenance in a distribution logistics warehouse, and the warehouse facility.
Experience & Education
Three years or more experience in general Industrial Maintenance.
Requires skills and experience in all these Industrial Maintenance areas: Electrical Systems, Electronic Controls, Mechanical Drives/Systems, Conveyor Systems, Pneumatics/Hydraulics, Electrical and Mechanical Building Utilities.
Should be a self-starter and work Safely and Efficiently with minimal supervision, while accepting direction from a more skilled Mechanic or Maintenance Lead.
Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to work with a full range of hand and power tools. Must be able to lift/carry/move 50 lbs.
Ability to read, understand, and explain; electrical/electronic schematics, drawings and manuals for mechanical drive and pneumatic systems, and building blueprints. Have skill sets to use a multi-meter as a diagnostic trouble shooting and testing tool, for any machine maintenance function.
Support any new equipment installation, and perform preventative maintenance, problem diagnostics, and conduct repairs on the facility utilities and all material handling systems as directed. Know when and if a more experienced Mechanic needs to be involved to expedite any repair.
Once trained, use NetFacilities for work order tracking, record keeping, and spare parts control.
Desire and initiative to improve and expand all mechanical, electrical/electronic, and problem diagnostic skills sets. Pursue further formal and certified training in order to advance in the Maintenance Mechanic field.
Display good communication skills, between all other employees, and when called upon, as a representative of the company to outside business contacts.
Perform all other duties assigned by supervision.
This position may require that the employee come in contact or use hazardous chemicals depending upon the department they are assigned. When this occurs, training as required under the Hazard Communication Standard will be provided.

This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Roanoke Facility.
Overview:
The Warehouse Operator will safely operate several types of powered material handling equipment, including the Raymond Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Powered Hand Jack, Pacer Truck, Sit-Down Lift, and/or the Center Rider Pallet Truck. The Operator will use this equipment to support various functions in Export, including delivering orders to packers, pulling and staging freight, loading freight on containers and local carrier trucks, flipping pallets using the Maxy Toppy, and other duties deemed necessary in the area. This position will need D Storage/RF experience, and knowledge of JDE, as well as the ability to learn the Precision V16 system. The Operator will review the bill of ladings to determine accuracy, pull freight, stage freight, and load and scan freight. The position must meet KPI standards of 20 pulls per minute per hour. This position may come in contact with hazardous materials, so he/she must be trained to understand all regulations and procedures for handling.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or secondary GED desired.
Requires visual alertness, hand coordination and judgment to operate all types of material handling equipment.
Must possess reading and legible writing skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
Must have basic Excel experience.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Must be willing to work in all phases of receiving and warehousing, including off-site warehouses.
Job requires prolong standing, bending and lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
This position must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Receive training in 40CFR 262.17 as applicable in the role.
