What You'll Do
As the Senior Technical Support, Patient Dining you will serve as the operational and technical expert responsible for implementing Sodexo's Patient Dining solutions during new account mobilizations.
Responsibilities include:
Lead patient dining implementation activities for new healthcare account openings
Utilize project management tools and implementation methodologies to successfully execute mobilization projects
Configure and deploy Sodexo Patient Dining solutions while ensuring alignment with healthcare operational standards
Support implementation of healthcare technology platforms related to patient dining and meal service
Develop standardized workflows and operational delivery models to improve consistency across new openings
Verify proper implementation and utilization of Sodexo tools, systems, and operational processes
Conduct operational assessments and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Develop monetized action plans and operational recommendations that support long-term client success
Partner with Operations, Clinical Nutrition, Technology, Supply Management, and project teams throughout implementation
Provide onsite training, coaching, and technical support to frontline managers and client leadership
Interpret Sodexo policies, procedures, and healthcare standards while making sound business decisions with minimal supervision
Ensure successful transition from implementation to ongoing operations

Preferred qualifications include:
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) preferred but not required
Healthcare food service leadership experience strongly preferred
