You'll supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set work and keeping lessons on track — no planning, no marking. Bookings range from same-day cover to longer-term placements, so this suits anyone who wants flexible work on their terms: pick up days that fit your week, with the option of extended bookings when they arise. Temporary Caretaker – Farnham, Surrey Location: Farnham, Surrey Contract Type: Temporary, approx. 7 weeks Start Date: September 2026 Hourly Rate: £15.73 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, split shifts 07:30–09:30 and 14:30–18:30 (some flexibility around times available) About the Role First Call Employment is recruiting a temporary Caretaker on behalf of a primary school client in Farnham, Surrey. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, hands-on individual to support the smooth day-to-day running of a school site for approximately seven weeks from September.
