Overview The Electrical Designer performs technical activities on assigned projects under supervision of a licensed professional engineer, including participation in technical studies, investigations and designs on assigned projects. The Electrical Designer assists the project team in the production of projects that are on-time, within budget and of the utmost quality. The Electrical Designer's responsibilities include the complete Electrical Design of their assigned project, and/or other project tasks. Responsibilities Designs and prepares drawings for electrical systems for building projects including conducting code review, lighting calculations, lighting and receptacle layout, one-line diagrams, branch circuit, feeder, and service calculations, etc., under the supervision of a licensed professional electrical engineer. Attends meetings with owners, clients, and/or architects as needed; Prepares and distributes meeting notes. Conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions or proposed conditions. Assists the design team in the coordination with other discipline including architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, civil, etc. Accompanies senior level staff/project manager in performing project site visits during construction to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, owner expectations, and building codes. Assists in preparing punch lists and project observations reports to note findings. Actively attends in-house and external training sessions to obtain knowledge in necessary technical areas. Participates in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities. Upholds TME's owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications 2-year Technical Degree or Associates Degree in Electrical-Related Field, or 2 - 3 years of experience as an electrical designer for an engineering or architectural/engineering design firm, or Electrical Program / Course / Classes at a Community College, plus 1-3 years' experience as an electrician working for an Electrical Contractor, or Journeyman Electrician License. Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Revit, and AutoCAD. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment. Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors. Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary. Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience with larger commercial projects including healthcare, higher education, laboratory, and central energy plant projects. Travel Requirements 25% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location. Overview The Senior Lighting Analyst will prepare pricing and energy documentation, while supervising and mentoring Lighting Analyst throughout the process. Responsibilities Actively attend in-house and external training sessions to obtain knowledge in necessary technical areas related to lighting. Participate in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities. Hold ethics in lighting design to the highest standard. Uphold Company owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values. Train and mentor lighting analyst. Create and implement processes for survey and pricing. Apply Knowledge of NFPA 101, NFPA 70 NEC, Energy Code, ADA, FAA, and IES codes/standards in retrofit solutions process. Coordinate retrofit replacements that will work properly with existing lighting fixtures and controls. Prepare detailed excel documentation in order to clearly communicate a breakdown of existing and new lighting power densities, annual energy savings, annual maintenance savings, project costs, and simple payback. Create accurate project pricing to be used in the overall project financial model. Prepare lighting pricing narratives to outline the scope of work. Prepare full lighting narratives to detail the scope of work in each building. Prepare definitive transaction documents related to the lighting scope. QA/QC all lighting pricing documents. Review product submittals, pricing, or any other documentation submitted by partners on projects. Continually develop and maintain GoCanvas survey apps and reference files used by lighting auditors. Continually develop and maintain all master lighting documentation including mapping files used to download data from GoCanvas, pricing files, and all other master documents. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelors' degree in engineering or related field with 3 years' experience or Associates degree in engineering or related field with 5 years' experience. Required experience in Excel and Word. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format Ability to communicate effectively with facility managers and engineers. Ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. Ability to use technology and apps reviewing collected survey data. Overview The Project Controls Specialist, under limited supervision, is responsible for serving as the project team's subject-matter expert in planning & scheduling, progress measurement, cost management, change management, reporting, and analysis. The Project Controls Specialist is a business partner to the project team(s) and understands company processes and key business drivers to problem-solve using technical experience, judgment, and industry best practices. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include: · Development and implementation of the project controls execution plan. · Implementation of the Project Management and Controls System and project initiation process. · Implementation of the project OBS, WBS, and CBS in the required financial and progress systems. · Understand and follow the company's Project Controls procedures. · Demonstrates understanding of Earned Value Management principles. · Basic knowledge of EPC contracting types (LS, Cost Plus, Reimbursable). · Assists in the Estimate Conforming process. · Understands the project chart of accounts and its relationship to the estimate and contract scope to assist project execution. · Owns monthly budget, schedule, change management tracking, and project risk reporting. · Works closely with Project Accounting to manage project cash flow, revenue recognition, billing. · Assists change management efforts, including building of cost estimates in support of change verification. · Reporting – Provide Timely and accurate Schedule, Cost and Progress Measurement data and analysis. · Knowledge of Scheduling Software and processes and their relationship to cost and progress. · Owns project schedule updates, maintenance, review, cost management, and analysis to identify and report trends. · Owns risk assessment for the project, including risk and opportunity analysis for all phases of the project. · Participate in Closeout Report data collection. · Interacts with the Operations team and represents the Company to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives. · Supports the professional development and growth of junior project controls personnel. Qualifications Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications · 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields. · 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management in the commercial construction market. · Demonstrates experience using Primavera. · Effective verbal and written communication skills. · Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. · Problem-solving can-do attitude and high level of coordination skills. · Demonstrated effectiveness in working with others in a multifunctional team. · Accepts change and works well under pressure. · An understanding of JDE Edwards is not required but would be a plus. · Knowledge of common business tools such as Microsoft Office applications. · Awareness of contract and construction terminology. Overview The Regional IS Delivery Director of BAS is responsible for planning, procurement strategy, construction oversight, system activation, and operational turnover of building automation and controls systems.They lead a regional team that ensures the BAS infrastructure can meet and support all required project outcomes, including client expectations, technical requirements, operational stability, resilience, regulatory compliance, and financial obligations. The position provides leadership across project teams, architects, engineers, controls contractors, mechanical contractors, commissioning agents, and facility operations teams, ensuring that building automation systems are designed for performance, maintainability, cybersecurity, and long-term operational value.
