Overview
The Electrical Designer performs technical activities on assigned projects under supervision of a licensed professional engineer, including participation in technical studies, investigations and designs on assigned projects. The Electrical Designer assists the project team in the production of projects that are on-time, within budget and of the utmost quality. The Electrical Designer's responsibilities include the complete Electrical Design of their assigned project, and/or other project tasks.
Responsibilities
Designs and prepares drawings for electrical systems for building projects including conducting code review, lighting calculations, lighting and receptacle layout, one-line diagrams, branch circuit, feeder, and service calculations, etc., under the supervision of a licensed professional electrical engineer.
Attends meetings with owners, clients, and/or architects as needed; Prepares and distributes meeting notes.
Conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions or proposed conditions.
Assists the design team in the coordination with other discipline including architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, civil, etc.
Accompanies senior level staff/project manager in performing project site visits during construction to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, owner expectations, and building codes.
Assists in preparing punch lists and project observations reports to note findings.
Actively attends in-house and external training sessions to obtain knowledge in necessary technical areas.
Participates in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities.

Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
2-year Technical Degree or Associates Degree in Electrical-Related Field, or 2 - 3 years of experience as an electrical designer for an engineering or architectural/engineering design firm, or Electrical Program / Course / Classes at a Community College, plus 1-3 years' experience as an electrician working for an Electrical Contractor, or Journeyman Electrician License.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Revit, and AutoCAD.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Overview
The Senior Lighting Analyst will prepare pricing and energy documentation, while supervising and mentoring Lighting Analyst throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Actively attend in-house and external training sessions to obtain knowledge in necessary technical areas related to lighting.
Participate in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities.

Prepare detailed excel documentation in order to clearly communicate a breakdown of existing and new lighting power densities, annual energy savings, annual maintenance savings, project costs, and simple payback.
Create accurate project pricing to be used in the overall project financial model.

Prepare definitive transaction documents related to the lighting scope.
QA/QC all lighting pricing documents.

Overview
The Project Controls Specialist, under limited supervision, is responsible for serving as the project team's subject-matter expert in planning & scheduling, progress measurement, cost management, change management, reporting, and analysis. The Project Controls Specialist is a business partner to the project team(s) and understands company processes and key business drivers to problem-solve using technical experience, judgment, and industry best practices.

Specific responsibilities include:
· Development and implementation of the project controls execution plan.
· Implementation of the Project Management and Controls System and project initiation process.
· Implementation of the project OBS, WBS, and CBS in the required financial and progress systems.

The Regional IS Delivery Director of BAS is responsible for planning, procurement strategy, construction oversight, system activation, and operational turnover of building automation and controls systems.They lead a regional team that ensures the BAS infrastructure can meet and support all required project outcomes, including client expectations, technical requirements, operational stability, resilience, regulatory compliance, and financial obligations.
