Role Overview
reach52 is a multinational pharmaceutical company, affiliated with reach52 Pte. Ltd., Singapore, with an expanding footprint in India, marketing established brands such as Bioclavid , Soraton , Dibiglim , Secef , and Xorimax . The Product Manager for Maxima will drive brand strategy, execution, and new product growth within the Gynecology segment, working closely with the Maxima field force, Sales, Supply Chain, and Group Operations to build strong, sustainable brand performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing
Own brand strategy, positioning, and marketing plans for gynecology portfolio brands under Maxima
Develop promotional campaigns, detailing aids, and marketing collateral aligned to therapy area needs
Track brand performance, market share, and competitor activity within the gynecology segment
Field Force Enablement
Partner with the Maxima field force team to align territory-level execution with brand strategy
Design and deliver product training and launch readiness programs for field teams
Support KOL engagement and CME/scientific activities in the gynecology therapy area
Cross-functional Coordination
Work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams on demand forecasting, launches, and stock planning
Coordinate with external creative and media agencies for campaign execution
Liaise with Group Operations and Finance on budget planning and spend tracking
New Product & Market Development
Support evaluation and launch of new products within the gynecology and related therapy areas
Conduct market research and identify white-space opportunities within the gynecology segment
Monitor regulatory and market trends impacting gynecology portfolio brands
Qualifications & Experience
B.Pharm / B.Sc + MBA/PGDM (Marketing)
2 to 7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in India
Gynaecology therapy area experience is mandatory
Experience in the Cardio-Diabetic segment is an added advantage
Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills

Role Overview
The Commercial Excellence Manager (or Commercial Director, for a more experienced candidate ) is a broad, generalist role supporting reach52's commercial and business operations engine. The candidate works cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Group Operations, moving fluidly between analytics, strategy, and execution as business priorities shift. T he role suits a strong generalist with a consulting, investment analysis, or startup operating background who can take ownership of ambiguous problems without needing a fixed brief.
Key Responsibilities
This is a broad, cross-functional role built for someone who can pick up any commercial or operational priority as it comes up, working closely across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Group Operations. Areas of focus are not limited to any fixed list, but typically include things like:
Support the Head of India and leadership team on key commercial initiatives, strategic projects, and business priorities
Drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other teams
Drive business development and licensing, portfolio strategy, innovative partnerships, and other growth orientated tasks
Lead execution of key initiatives, action items, and business improvement plans
Partner closely with the Head of India and leadership team to drive commercial excellence initiatives and strategic business priorities
Analy s e business performance and develop insights to support data-driven decision-making across functions
Develop and own MIS reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards for leadership
Track key commercial and sales performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities
Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of commercial initiatives, sales programs, and marketing activities.
Drive cross-functional projects by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology teams
Support the optimi s ation of commercial processes, systems, CRM, and reporting frameworks
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to support strategic decisions
Prepare presentations, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership
The scope will evolve with business needs - the right candidate is someone who can move fluidly between analysis, execution, and leadership support, rather than staying within a fixed job description.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideally MBA from a reputed business school / post-graduation preferred
5 - 8 years of experience, ideally including strategy consulting or investment s
Prior healthcare
or health-tech startup experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical and financial skills , with comfort operating across ambiguous, cross-functional problems
